Effective date: December 8, 2025
These Terms govern your use of CoPIMS. Expand the sections below for detailed clauses, examples and remedies.
Definitions: "Service" means CoPIMS platform and related services. "Account" means your user account. "Organization" means the company or entity that owns an account. These Terms apply to all users and organizations that access the Service.
Scope: these Terms, together with any order forms, subscription agreements or data processing addenda, constitute the agreement between you and CoPIMS.
Account holders must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including user invites and role assignments. Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access.
CoPIMS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes, in accordance with these Terms and any usage limits in your plan.
Prohibited uses include reverse engineering, unauthorized scraping, bypassing rate limits, and using the Service to store illegal content.
You retain ownership of your content. You represent that you have the rights to upload and use content and that it does not infringe third-party rights. You agree to comply with export control and privacy laws when sharing data across borders.
Paid features are billed according to your plan. Fees are due per the billing cycle. Refunds are granted only as stated in the applicable subscription terms, except where required by law. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
We aim to provide high availability; specific uptime commitments (if any) will be set out in your SLA. Support is provided via the Support channels and response targets depend on your plan. Critical incidents receive elevated response priority.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or legal reasons. Upon termination you may export your data for a limited period; after that we may delete retained copies per our retention policy. Contact support for export assistance.
The Service is provided "as is". Except as expressly provided, CoPIMS disclaims all warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct damages up to the aggregate fees paid in the prior 12 months; indirect or consequential damages are excluded.
CoPIMS owns platform IP. If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use and incorporate that feedback into the Service.
